This initial consultation agreement is made between the Managing Partner of Bellgate Immigration Consulting, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Dr. Tam Brisibe (the “RCIC”) with ICCRC Membership Number R707950, and you, (the “Client”), for the purpose of providing Canadian immigration advice.
By taking this initial consultation, the Client has no obligation to hire the RCIC for any further immigration procedures. Taking the consultation does not imply that the RCIC represents the Client before any immigration authorities.
In order to receive accurate advice, the client should provide clear answers and genuine information.
Please be advised that Dr. Tam Brisibe is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics and Regulations.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Alberta, Canada.
